Our technology development tender has been successfully completed!

2023 was also a successful year for our company in terms of tenders, as our GINOP Plus 1.2.1-21 “Technology development and expansion of technological capacities and real estate modernization at Pro-Form Ltd” tender was implemented and closed. The objectives of the tender were mainly technological development and technological capacity expansion, as well as the thermal insulation of our property in Ecser.

Within the framework of the project, two high-capacity automatic press-forming machines were purchased, which are suitable for the production of chocolate trays, dessert pads, blisters, thinner logistics trays and other plastic (typically PET, PP and HIPS) packaging products manufactured in our company. The very significant increase in production capacity has necessitated both the expansion of our finished goods warehouse storage capacity and the acquisition of equipment for handling raw materials and products, as well as packaging machinery to facilitate our logistics processes.

In addition, in our extruder plant, the aim was to increase production safety by purchasing permanent magnets and flexible mobile material feeders. We were able to significantly increase the production capacity of our vacuum forming plant with the installation of a robot cell as well as two robotic sheet loaders. For the heating needs of the buildings of our moulding machines, a wood gasification boiler system was purchased and the project also included the insulation of the facade and roof elements of our raw material warehouse with rock wool panels. As a complementary activity, we also tendered for a business consultancy and training service, which included a soft skills training service to help our trainees learn how to work effectively in a team, and we also provided corporate financial advisory and strategic business planning services.
