Our company places strong emphasis—alongside other key preventive and supporting activities—on the selective collection and reprocessing of recyclable plastics, contributing to the reduction of increasingly intensive hydrocarbon extraction observed globally.
We handle our own production waste selectively and, wherever possible, reprocess it, thereby consciously reducing environmental impact. We maintain supportive partnerships with several secondary and higher education institutions, helping young people acquire professional knowledge and offering career opportunities to those who demonstrate strong potential.
We participate in innovative, Europe-wide projects focusing on the industrial-scale processability and applicability of biodegradable plastics, thereby supporting the growing adoption of natural-based materials that are set to play a key role in the future.
Within our ongoing research and development projects, we place particular emphasis on increasing the proportion of recycled material in line with circular economy principles. Following several expansions, our thermoforming facility is equipped with a rooftop solar power system with an annual production capacity of 2,000 MWh, supplying our operations with renewable energy. The system has been designed to fully meet our operational requirements and peak consumption levels.

In our operations, we follow the principles of the circular economy, striving for the efficient and responsible use of resources throughout the entire production process. As part of this approach, we continuously optimise material usage in our products, reduce the proportion of virgin raw materials, and increasingly utilise recycled inputs. Our manufacturing philosophy supports longer-lasting, reusable solutions, as well as the collection and reprocessing of materials generated during production.
Our goal is to minimise environmental impact at every stage of the production cycle while ensuring consistent, high-quality products for our partners. This approach contributes to keeping resources in circulation, reducing waste generation, and supporting sustainable industrial operations.
Our company has implemented a compressor replacement programme. As part of this initiative, newly installed compressors—capable of supplying high-pressure air as well as supporting heating and domestic hot water production—enable us to achieve annual energy savings of nearly 3,400 GJ for at least 10 years, while reducing our yearly CO₂ emissions by more than 320 tonnes.
We have successfully passed the audit conducted by the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) regarding compliance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/1616, which is essential for the manufacture of food packaging products made from recycled PET materials.
