The production process begins with a detailed assessment of customer requirements and technical analysis, during which we define the functional, geometric and material specifications of the product.
Based on the available information, drawings or sample parts, our project managers propose the optimal manufacturing technology, materials and design. During this process, we also consider manufacturability, production volumes and cost efficiency, resulting in a precise, transparent and technically sound quotation.
To prepare an accurate quotation, we require key details of the product to be manufactured, including basic specifications and dimensions. Where relevant, we also consider the intended application and planned production volumes.
Whether it is a new product, the transfer of an existing tool, or relocation of production from another supplier, alignment is essential, as each scenario requires a different technical approach. Existing tools may also be implemented within certain parameters.
Our project managers assess the product’s design, dimensions and function to determine the most suitable manufacturing technology and material.
Based on the available data, we define the required tooling, production conditions and the technical framework for series production.
Based on the agreed technical scope, we prepare a clear and transparent quotation, including tooling and series production conditions, along with the expected production timeframe.
The foundation of a high-quality end product is a precisely designed tool. Our design engineers create digital models of both the product and the tooling using advanced 3D CAD systems, optimising formability, material distribution and production efficiency.
During the design process, multiple design variants may be developed, allowing the customer to select the most suitable solution. Based on the approved design, we manufacture prototype tooling and subsequently the final production tool in our CNC machining centres.
Using the approved tooling, we commence series production on our advanced pressure forming and vacuum forming equipment. Every stage of the production process is supported by a quality control system, including preparation of production documentation, initial sample production and verification, as well as continuous measurement and visual inspection.
Our quality control specialists use modern measuring equipment to verify the geometric and functional parameters of the products, ensuring compliance with HACCP and other industry standards. Incoming material inspection and in-process control guarantee consistent and reproducible quality.
Finished products are packaged, labelled and prepared for delivery in line with partner requirements. Our logistics system ensures the safe handling, storage and timely delivery of products.
Where required, we provide customised packaging and logistics solutions to support an efficient and seamless supply chain.
Our logistics operations are managed by skilled professionals using modern technical systems to control and monitor inventory, ensuring on-time delivery. Following recent expansions, our raw material and finished goods warehouse has a capacity of over 13,000 pallet positions. Domestic deliveries within Hungary are carried out using our own vehicle fleet.
